Formula 1 have announced a bumper weekend of action for those of us desperate to get our hands on some F1 action.
On Saturday F1 will be showing the 2016 Brazil Grand Prix for free across all F1 streaming platforms.
But the main news is the introduction of the Virtual Grand Prix series to replace the races which have been postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
On the official F1 website, the announcement post said: “the virtual races will run in place of every postponed Grand Prix, starting this weekend with the Virtual Bahrain Grand Prix on Sunday March 22.
“Every subsequent race weekend will see the postponed real-world Formula 1 race replaced with a Virtual Grand Prix, with the initiative currently scheduled to run until May.”

The races will include F1 drivers which are part of the current grid line-up such as Lando Norris and Nicholas Latifi (who will technically be making his F1 debut at the Virtual Grand Prix Series) as well as former drivers such as Nico Hulkenberg and celebrities such as Sir Chris Hoy.
While full details of who will be driving in the Virtual Grand Prix series are yet to be announced, the times of the events have been revealed.

#NotTheBahGP will start at 18:00 GMT and will consist of two 25% length races, as settings can be customised in the F1 2019 Video Game.
The second event, the Virtual Bahrain Grand Prix, will start at 20:00 GMT.
This follows on from last weeks successful #NotTheAusGP event which involved the likes of Norris and high profile Esport drivers and celebrities.
