Kate Annetts went to London Road train station in and spoke to members of the disabled community to see how the government’s proposed closure of ticket offices will affect them.
As an older person I am concerned about losing ticket offices. My hands are very arthritic and I find using the machine very difficult and always need someone to help me in the end
