New York Jets talisman Aaron Rodgers said he and his Jets teammates need to “fight the urge to force things” when it comes to their play-calling for Sunday’s game in London against the Minnesota Vikings.
Despite last weekend’s 10-9 defeat at the hands of the Denver Broncos, “the energy was good on Monday,” said Quarterback Rodgers, also stating he was “optimistic about making the right changes” for the game on Sunday.

In that game Rodgers experienced several hard sacks that left people wondering if he had injured his knee, “I feel pretty good physically” Rodgers said, seemingly putting that rumor to bed.
A point of contention after Sunday’s loss was the relationship between Rodgers and Coach Robert Saleh. The Jets committed an array of pre-snap penalties in the game and Saleh suggested the problem could be down to Rodger’s cadence.
“I think there is some driving force trying to put a wedge outside the facility between Robert and I.” Rodgers said. Furthermore, stating there are “no issues” between the pair.
The easiest way for the two to silence the speculation would be to beat the Vikings on Sunday.
The players all seemed excited to have travelled across the pond to play in London. “I’ll enjoy the moment, enjoy the opportunity,” said Defensive Tackle Quinnen Williams. “Super grateful… super excited to play infront of them (UK fans),” he said.
