The Australian middle order is most likely going to consist of Marcus Stoinis and Glenn Maxwell who can cause cause damage towards to end of the innings. Also they are both all rounders who can bowl a few overs if required. However, the young 21-year-old Cameron Green may get an opportunity for Australia in the ODI Series at some point
Alex Carey will be looking to continue his from the ODI Series against England after scoring an important century against the world champions, he will also be the wicketkeeper for the home side. Australia’s bowling attack is most likely to consist of Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood and leg-spinner Adam Zampa.
The Indian side are missing their star opening batsman Rohit Sharma through injury so Shikhar Dhawan’s opening partner is either going to be Mayank Agarwal or Shubman Gill.
