Aggie Bever-Jones is keeping tight lipped on where she will be playing after her season long loan to Bristol City comes to an end.
Beever-Jones has had a breakthrough season at Bristol City in the FA Women’s Championship, where she has been on loan from parent club Chelsea.
Speaking after Bristol’s victory over Lewes, Beever-Jones said: “Unfortunately I can’t say anything. I would love to stay here and see what else comes around.”
Beever-Jones is a product of the Chelsea academy and made her senior debut in a four-nil win over Aston Villa in January 2021. In July of that year, she signed her first professional contract with the club, a two-year deal with the option for a further 12 months, and then in August was loaned out to Bristol for the 2021/22 season to continue her growth.
This season, Beever-Jones made 19 appearances, scoring five goals in all competitions for Bristol whilst also featuring for England U-19s.
Beever-Jones believes that she is dealing with the pressure of football well. She said: “Obviously I’ve been at Chelsea for a long time and they’ve obviously playing at that standard. They help you to deal with that pressure and come here.
“I just knew I need to find my feet, get frequent game time, my confidence would grow and I think. I’m at the stage now where I’m improving Lauren and Jenn told me what I need to improve on and that’s all I can do, just give it 100%.”
