With the 2020-21 NBA season well underway the Boston Celtics welcome the current holders the Los Angeles Lakers in a much-anticipated match up. Both teams currently occupy play-off spots with the Celtics 5th in Eastern Conference and the Lakers 3rd in the Western.

Both teams have struggled recently with the Celtics injury woes resulting in a mixed bag of form, the Lakers haven’t been much better as they’ve suffered back-to-back defeats against the Philadelphia 76ers and the Detroit Pistons.

Jaylen Brown: Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker have both had periods out with injury which has meant Brown has had to take point. He’s averaged 27.1 points per game, 5.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists. Recently against the Cleveland Cavaliers he became the first player in NBA history to score 33 points in under 20 minutes.
LeBron James: Even at 36 years-old James isn’t showing any sign of let up. He’s averaged 25.5 points per game, 7.8 rebounds and 7.5 assists. Can the 4-time MVP lead the Lakers to glory again?
