Lucy Bronze earned her 100th cap for England as they drew 0-0 in a friendly against the Czech Republic at the Amex Stadium.
Lauren James was presented with her full debut for her country and one she took with flying colours. Her direct, aggressive approach down the left wing saw an early chance hit the post within the fourth minute of the game.
Bronze was close to celebrating her landmark in style as she was involved in a glorious chance for the Lionesses. Moments before half time it was James again involved as she found Bronze on the edge of the box, who sent an inviting cross towards Chloe Kelly at the back post, headed inches wide of the goalpost.

It was Andrea Staskova that had one of their better chances as she was afforded too much time and space to drive into the area before scuffing her shot wide.
England’s best chance of the game came at the hour mark which was a chance somehow harder to miss than score. Lauren Hemp played a ball through the six-yard box with it pinging off the far post. Fran Kirby and Demi Stokes were lurking but unable to connect with the rebound.
This result meant that England failed to win for the first time since a 0-0 draw against Spain in the Arnold Clark cup in February, ending a 15-game winning streak.
