This one had Snowfall written all over it. Palace came into the Amex with eyes open and left with their eyes still open but belly full. Brighton? Caught slipping. Alpha and Omega? Palace owned it from start to finish, no questions asked. Brighton’s crystal ball cracked under the pressure of Palace’s ruthless attack. Gunz n Smoke up front, Eze and Sarr making sure the Seagulls never got a moment to breathe. Brighton thought they could dance their way around, but Palace squabbled up like they had something to prove, and they didn’t need a crystal ball to see where the afternoon was heading.

La Révolution. Every time the Seagulls tried to break out, Palace sent them right back to the trenches with no mercy. The truth is, they don’t know about this life. Sarr and Chalobah still doing madness on the frontline. The first and second was a dagger in the heart; clinical and cold but the third? Just a final nail in Brighton’s coffin. They came looking for a fight but left wondering what hit them.
