The early game in the Premier league today is between Fulham vs Everton. The home side are will be hoping to bounce back after losing to West Ham in their last game and Everton will be hoping to win after losing three games on the bounce.

Fulham start todays game in 17th with only one win in the league this season. The Fulham side today has made two changes from their last game against West Ham with Mario Lemina back in the side after being injured and he is in the side ahead of Zambo Anguissa and Ivan Cavaleiro is in the side replacing Aleksandar Mitrović.

Lookman missed a decisive penalty in last minute of Fulham’s previous game against West Ham. His manager Scott Parker believes he will comeback and will be an important player for his side for the rest of the season. Parker said in the press conference this week “He’s going to be a big player for us, which we’re going to need, and I’ve got no doubt from what I’ve seen from him in a short space of time that he wants to get better, he wants to improve.” Lookman will be playing against his former side today after leaving them to join RB Leipzig in 2019.

Everton are coming into the game today after losing three games on the bounce after a brilliant start to the season. Last time out before he international break Everton lost 3-1 at home to Manchester United. Everton has made four changes to their side today with Jerry Mina in the side replacing Mason Holgate. Séamus Coleman got injured during international duty so Ben Godfrey is in the side and Lucas Digne will be captain for the side today. Richarlison back in the side after suspension and is replacing Bernard in the side today. The final change for Everton’s squad today is Alex Iwobi is in the squad for Gylfi Sigurðsson.

Richarlison is back in the side today after getting sent off in the Merseyside derby. Since Richarlison got sent off Everton has lost every game in the league this season. Richarlison joined Everton in 2018 and since then Everton has not won a game in the league (played 8, lost 5, drawn 3). Carlo Ancelotti said during the week “Richarlison is really important for us, a top player.” The Everton manager will that his side needs to improve defensively which will help turn their form around if they can achieve this.

The game has kicked in Craven Cottage.

Min 1: GOAL FOR EVERTON. Dominic Calvert-Lewin scores within the first few minutes after Bobby Decordova-Reid lost the ball in the Fulham half and Richarlison played the ball to Calvin-Lewin who was able to put the play into the empty net. Great start from Everton as they are winning 1-0.

Min 4: Everton will be delighted with how they started in the game today scoring an early goal and since then they have had a lot of possession and Fulham look out of their depth.

Min 7: Pickford tried to clear the ball but skied it in the air. Pickford has been under a lot of pressure recently and would have hoped for a better side as his side gave away a free kick for handball.

Min 9: Fulham lose the ball again in their own half, this time Robinson but Richarlison couldn’t get a shot off.

Min 12: Cross from Iwobi almost fell to Calvert-Lewin who could have scored his second.

Min 13: First chance in the game today for Fulham fell to Decordova-Reid but he couldn’t strike the ball cleanly and Pickford was able to make the save.

Min 15: GOAL FOR FULHAM: Decordova-Reid scores the equaliser for Fulham after a one-two with the captain Tom Cairney and Decordova-Reid was able to slot the ball in the bottom corner.

Min 18: Calvert-Lewin puts the ball in the net but he was in a offside position as the two teams remain level.

Min 21: Brilliant save from Areola after brilliant played from Everton. Richarlison was able to play a one-two with Calvert-Lewin and the Brazilian was able to run towards to goal and get a shot off but the Fulham goalkeeper was able to make a smart save.

Min 26: After Fulham’s shocking start they are now playing well Aina getting a shot off from distance but put it wide of the goal.

Min 29: GOAL FOR EVERTON: Brilliant team goal from Everton as Calvert-Lewin gets his second goal of the game. Brilliant run out wide from Iwobi who played it to Digne who put in a beautiful cross to Calvin-Lewin who gave the keeper no chance.

YELLOW CARD: Decordova-Reid gets a yellow card for a challenge on Richarlison but the referee was played advantage and goes back to give the booking.

Min 33: Everton now in control of the game keeping the ball in the Fulham half. Scott Parker can only watch on as his side are getting dominated.

Min 35: GOAL FOR EVERTON. Abdoulaye Doucouré scores for Everton after a great cross from Digne out wide as the midfielder makes the run in the box to score the header. Doucouré first goal in a Everton shirt.

Min 38: Everton are just keeping the ball at the moment making sure they won’t let Fulham back in the game.

Min 42: Fulham are holding on here as they almost conceded twice in quick succession both chance falling to Richarlison. Fulham defence doesn’t know how to handle this Everton attack.

Calvert-Lewin is now top goal scorer in the Premier League

Min 45+2: James Rodríguez got a shot off inside the Fulham penalty area but Areola made a smart save in the penalty.

Half time at Caven Cottage as Everton are winning 3-1 against Fulham and are completely dominating the game. Fulham cannot handle Iwobi and Digne out wide and are consistently losing the ball in their own half. This is putting the Fulham defence under a lot of pressure. Calvert-Lewin has scored a brace with Doucouré scoring the third goal for his side. Decordova-Reid did equalise for his side to make it 1-1 but since then Everton has been in complete control.

Everton’s second goal was a brilliant team goal.

The second half has started in the early game today at Craven Cottage.

Min 46: Everton put the ball in the box from a free early on in the second half almost scoring in the first minute of a half again this time Richarlison.

Min 61: Ivan Cavaleiro takes a shot from distance that bounces in front of the Everton goalkeeper who didn’t catch the ball but was able to pick up the ball with his second attempt.

Min 65: Second half isn’t as end to end as the first one Fulham is having a lot of the ball

Min 67: PENALTY TO FULHAM: The two substitutes have link up to win the penalty as Godrey brings down Loftus-Cheek.

Min 68: PENALTY MISSED. Cavaleiro has had a shocker as he slips taking the penalty and kick the ball onto his other foot and the ball goes over the bar. The referee gives a indirect free kick.

Min 69: Substitution for Fulham with Lemina off for Zambo Anguissa

Min 70: GOAL FOR FULHAM: The home side has recovered from the missed penalty as Loftus-Cheek scores after Lookman ran at the Fulham defence and squared the ball to Loftus-Cheek who’s shot to a deflection and went in. Fulham back in the game with Everton winning 3-2

Fulham played well in the second half getting back in the game with with Loftus-Cheek scoring for his side after a shocking penalty miss for Fulham this time being Cavaleiro. Fulham remains in 17th as Everton move up to 6th.
