I took a trip to visit the East Brighton Golf Club located just by the seaside. I was met by friendly golfers who were coming back from their round on a sunny afternoon. The club has anything a golf club needs to have; a shop with all gadgets you need and a clubhouse where club members can enjoy a cold drink and something to eat after a round of golf.
I got the privilege to speak to Darren Mustchin, Head Professional at the East Brighton Golf Club. When asked what he thinks makes golfing in Brighton unique, he said:
“I think the club at East Brighton is probably the friendliest club I`ve ever worked in, the people are fantastic, the visitors are fantastic. I think being near Brighton is just a fantastic place to be.
“We`re close to the beach, the course is in fantastic condition. We got a good team of staff, from everyone in the bar to the staff in the office and in our Pro shop.”
The East Brighton Golf Club was founded in 1893 and located just above the Brighton Marina.
