Brighton and Hove Council has been urged to take action over hazardous fencing along the cliffs surrounding Brighton Marina after a local resident – who witnessed and intervened in a recent occurrence of attempted self-injury there – raised the issue at a Council Environment, Transport & Sustainability Committee meeting.
