Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders are arguably the most interesting team in the NFL, mainly due to their outspoken head coach, Jon Gruden. Despite many rumours circling that they don’t get along, head coach, Gruden still hasn’t replaced signal caller, Derek Carr, who is just an average system player at this point in his career. He has done a good job of building up the rest of this team though, especially the offensive line which is a top five unit in the league. Running back, Josh Jacobs had a tremendous rookie season, and was unlucky to win rookie of the year. If he continues to play like he did, he could be in the conversation for best back in the league by the end of the season.

Record: 7-9. The Raiders aren’t a bad team, just not nearly good enough to make a playoff push. Yet…
