The Seattle Seahawks were unlucky not to come away with the division title last season, being pipped to the post by the 49ers in the final game of the regular season. They were then narrowly beaten by the Green Bay Packers in the division round. Now, though, Pete Carroll’s team are ready for another run at the Superbowl, with star quarterback, Russell Wilson at the helm. An underrated wide receiver group containing Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf and a secondary that has been boosted by the addition of Jamal Adams are the other key strengths on a solid roster.

Record: 11-5. The Seahawks narrowly lost the division to the 49ers last year, and I predict that will happen again. They will make the playoffs as the number five seed and make a big run at the Superbowl.
