Oxford are looking to pull off an FA Cup shock under the lights after getting through their qualifying matches, the most recent of which relied on an 88th-minute winner from David Oldfield’s side. They go into this game after just succumbing to their first loss of the season against Hampton & Richmond Borough. However, due to the postponement of their fixture against St Albans City, they have had two weeks to recuperate and prepare for what is a chance to prove themselves against a team that is three tiers above them in the English football pyramid.

After winning the LFE Apprentice of the Year award last season, he’ll be looking to push on and make his mark in the oldest cup competition in football.

However, they will still go into this fixture expecting to win due to the quality of their side in comparison with Oxford City FC, but in the FA Cup anything is possible.
