The big day arrives today, India is going to play against Australia in the cricket World Cup 2023 final at Ahmedabad.

India came into the final as unbeaten in the 10 games and are ready to level the record created by Australia in 2003 & 2007.

Whereas Aussies made an epic comeback after losing first two games and reached the final by winning eight games on the trot.

India is in hunger to win a ODI WC which they won in 2011 lastly and their head coach Rahul Dravid had never won a WC in his playing career.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma speaks about Dravid’s role as a coach in this team.

In the press conference before the match Rohit said: “what he has done for Indian cricket is massive. He too feels that he wants to be a part of this big occasion. It’s for us to do it for him.”

To fulfil their coach’s dream India expects Virat Kohli and Mohammed Shami to perform well again for one last time in this CWC.

Australia on the other hand found a balanced XI after injured Travis Head made a comeback and Adam Zampa starts firing.

In the press conference before the match Aussies skipper Pat Cummins said: “In sport there’s nothing more satisfying than hearing a big crowd go silent and that’s the aim for us tomorrow.”

Will Cummins and his men make the 132,000 people in the stadium go silent or Rohit’s Indian team pays tribute to their coach. Let’s wait and enjoy the game.
