With Arsenal currently enjoying one of their most successful starts to a Premier league season under Mikel Arteta, the fans will be hoping for the club to make history and repeat the league triumph Arsene Wenger brought to the club almost 19 years ago today.
The date was the 25th April 2004 and the Gunners had the chance to taste League Victory at none other than White Hart Lane after 24 wins and nine draws out of the 33 matches played. After going 2-0 up thanks to the French duo of Patrick Viera and Robert Pires Arsenal looked in control.

The job had been done but to make League History that has not been repeated since Wenger’s men went onto go unbeaten in the final four games of the season.
Arguably one of the best team in the Premier League era, they managed to lift the most elusive trophy in English Football; the Golden Premier League and since this season fans have been starved of these levels of success shown by the Invincibles.
Looking to the 22/23 campaign Arsenal sit two points clear at the top with a game in hand over Manchester City after a quality rebuild over the past few years. The right strategy and signings have transformed Arsenal into one of the most tactically advanced sides in the world and will look to end the 19 year title drought.
