Like the cunning toymaker from a forgotten fable, Bukayo Saka spent the early minutes of this encounter doing what he does best; making fools of grown men. The Reds may call BS when it comes to his brilliance but there’s nothing fake about what this Starboy can do. Only nine minutes in and he had Robertson on strings like a marionette. It’s a Cold Hearted World when you come across Bukayo Saka on the wing.

They’re never ones to fold under pressure, and it was only nine minutes later that Van Djik, ever the stoic Dutch general, powered home a header to equalise. Van Djik leapt like Superman himself, leaving Arsenal’s defence in disarray as the net rippled in slow motion.

Cruising inside of Arsenal’s half hearted defence like Falkor with ice in his veins and precision in his boots. The Egyptian King punished Arsenal and in one swift motion, he brought Liverpool level and the dream of three points was snatched from Arsenal’s hands in the blink of an eye. Liverpool will have left the Emirates feeling Noid in this Chromakopia world but one thing for sure is Saka is the real deal and the right winger to recognise.
