Unai Emery,a manager who has coached in four different countries (Spain,Russia,France and England),all with differing tenures in those countries,with him being at his best in his native Spain during successful stints at Sevilla and Villareal,where he won the Europa League with both teams a combined four times,including a stint where he won it three times in a row between 2014 and 2016.When Emery joined Aston Villa on 24th October 2022,following the sacking of former Rangers manager Steven Gerrard,many pundits did not forsee that he would turn Aston Villa into competitors for European competition.
