His return could be a godsend for the Red Devils, who were without Antony and Jadon Sancho in training in the lead-up to this game.
Antony has been in hot form since his high-profile move from Ajax and the Dutch manager is hoping it isn’t too serious.
“He is injured. I hope it’s not too bad, I think it’s not too bad. In a couple of days, he will be back,” Ten Hag said, according to the Manchester Evening News.
This could open the door for Marcus Rashford and Cristiano Ronaldo to play starring roles for Ten Hag.
The hosts will be without the likes of David Silva, Takefusa Kubo, and a host of other first-team regulars.
