Manchester United

Most of the record-breaking crowd at Leigh Sports Village would have left feeling disappointed this evening, but Head Coach Marc Skinner was quick to praise the United fans. When asked by Sky Sports about the crowd, he said: “They’re the best fans in the country by far.”

This result for United has knocked them off the top of the table with Arsenal and Chelsea now ahead of them. Skinner explained post-match why he believed Chelsea managed to beat his team tonight saying: “They were just quicker and sharper at times and that’s why they got the goals.”
